Oliver is a Lighting Designer with 15 years of experience working in Architecture, Theatre, live entertainment, and events. Originally from Birmingham, AL, Oliver started as a designer for theatrical productions where he developed both technical prowess and a recognition of the importance of good lighting design in everything from large productions to our daily lives.
While earning his Master's degree in Lighting at the University of Cincinnati, Oliver began working more in Architectural Lighting Design, growing his experience and ability in numerous fields of lighting while placing front and center his ability to creatively solve problems and approach each design as a unique opportunity to make the world a warmer and more comfortable environment for everyone. Oliver then had the opportunity to work as an Associate Lighting Designer for Walt Disney Imagineering where he contributed to the lighting design and consultation on projects all around the Walt Disney World Resort. Oliver was a key design member working on the Disney theme parks, hotels, stores, restaurants, and cruise ships. Oliver is thrilled for the opportunity to work with Noctiluca Lighting and be a part of a client-focused and passionate culture of lighting excellence. He is looking forward to the new and exciting projects that he can contribute both a positive attitude and his creative lighting expertise. fun facts
