We originally designed this to be creative office space in 2019. After the pandemic hit, we worked with the client to redesign it as residential units. Located in the center of an open-air mall, the design team’s task was to create a high-energy environment that supports wellness, sustainability and inspiration. The resulting space embodies these goals by maximizing daylight and natural ventilation and providing an abundance of plants and art to promote an inviting environment. Life-cycle costs and manufacturer stewardship guided material selections, ensuring the project supported a conscientious design approach. A 100-foot custom, hand-painted mural by local artist Yomar Augusto is a key design feature, while colorful, inspiring words were selected to reflect the culture and mission of the company’s brand. The Doctor Multimedia headquarters blurs the line between office, retail and community. #Repost @evoco_architecture - We hear patients and staff are really enjoying Reflections Dental Spa! Check out the relaxing lobby which evokes a spa like feel for patients as soon as they enter! We love how patients can look out at the central atrium with natural light directed through Solatubes onto large fountains and refreshing greenery! The bathroom also adds to the relaxing spa feel with it’s natural palette! And patients love the eye catching Buddha water fountain at the end of the hallway!
